How to Redeem
After purchasing the gift certificate, you will receive an email with a coupon code which will be used when booking the session. If you would like a gift certificate that can be printed and given to a couple as a gift, please email Erin Welsh, FCP, at holyfamilyfertilityeducation@gmail.com and she will email you one that can be printed.

Note: Gift certificates can only be redeemed for instruction with Erin Welsh, FCP. They cannot be transferred to another instructor. Introductory Materials may not be purchased independently; couple must attend at least one follow-up session in order to receive the materials necessary to use the Creighton Model. No refunds are available for gift certificates. Gift certificates do not expire.
